My story starts with an end! Don't all great stories. After 30 years of marriage and 50 years old I moved into a van down by the river, well a Class B RV. I traveled for a living working for the Canadian Post Office as a Route Measurement Officer ( I designed through mapping programs the route your letter carrier delivers the mail) giving me the opportunity to travel all over the country. From staying in fancy hotels to a campsite that I could park my RV in the adventures were endless. I have always had a passion for writing and thats when I decided to blog. I love sharing my adventures with my friends and all the people that read my blogs. They tell me it inspires them to go beyond the usual and that makes it all worth while. Not only do I have an RV that is a van but I also have a 1969 Ford Econine custom van that I travel all over Canada and the US to show. She is 100% original including paint and engine (except the seats, 50's remember). She is my toy and my joy. We go on many adventures together. A month ago I decided to retire 3 years early and follow my passion of writing. Finishing my book which I hoping to publish within the next 3 months as well as writing articles for other publications. Sharing my excitement of travel and inspiring people to take it to the next level.
