I am a masters-prepared, dually licensed counselor specializing in systems work with families and couples, with a clinical focus on addiction. I studied at Towson University in Baltimore, MD, where I earned both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling. I have been actively practicing as a clinician for over 20 years and has spent portions of my career focusing on the treatment of addictions and mental health disorders. I am trained as a cognitive-behavioral interventionist and believe communication is the hallmark of a healthy relationship. In addition to my clinical work, I have held administrative and leadership positions in federally qualified health centers and in health insurance administration.
