He has served as advisor to corporate bodies and high net worth individuals in Regulatory Compliance Consulting, Due Diligence Advisory, Business and Securities, Tax matters, Financial Services, Debt Recovery and general law suit defense.

He is a Partner in Vine Solicitors, a premier economic consulting firm in the fields of law,economics, public policy,business strategy. and risk management strategies that help investors navigate the maze of investment compliance regulations.

His background includes working as a litigation and Compliance Examiner for one of the largest independent broker-dealers in the country and handled regulatory responsibilities of the firm’s corporate investment advisory unit, which maintained close to a $billion in assets under administration and management.

He has also served as in-house legal counsel to numerous financial services companies and prepared defenses to securities arbitration, interpreted broker-dealer and investment advisor,
