I have been a remote freelancer for quite some time now. Performing tasks which includes Social Media Management, Virtual Assistant, and other related tasks. I also have a 7-year Customer Service Representative experience. Major roles include answering queries, resolving conflicts with accounts, security verification and maintenance of membership. I have also performed a Team Leader role by doing Floor Walk, taking in escalated calls and emails and assisting other agents.
I used to own and manage a Garage Cafe. In-charge of Marketing and overall store operations. Currently, I am pursuing my studies in Culinary with hopes to be successful in my field someday.
