My name is Stephen Harrell, and I’m the owner of Pixelshock. I’m a professional graphic designer/illustrator with over eighteen years of experience. I specialize in custom website design, logo, print design and Illustration. If you need something designed for the web - or printed - please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am NOT the cheapest option you will find on Guru. If you're looking for a designer to spend two days on your brochure for $20, then please don't contact me for work. But if you want an actual professional to do the job - and get it right the first time - then I'm your guy. I take my design work very seriously, so I do expect realistic rates for payment.
I am located in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. If you’re located in Arkansas (or Memphis/Nashville/East TX), I would be glad to meet you in person. I work with clients all over the country, so don’t worry about being local to my area. I'm looking forward to discussing your future project with you!
Work Terms
For new clients, I do require half of payment upfront. I can provide a hard quote (or a "not to exceed" amount) if needed for any particular project. For most design work, I charge $50 an hour. I can also place content into your website if you need help for $25 an hour. Illustration and print jobs are ALWAYS a custom price due to the variety of factors faced in production.
