I have had the pleasure of having Eric as a team member on a very grueling project. He is an excellent listener and showed an ability to quickly pick up concepts and produce exactly what I wanted. He is also a very organized person and committed. Eric is very creative and flexible. Additionally, he was able to follow-through on both my conventional as well as more edgy ideas.
