• 8 years of experience in Submitted reports for Bug-reporting and Bug-tracking using the test management tool like JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Centre, Visual studio TFS, MTM.
• 4 years of experience on Siebel CRM applications testing.
• Experience in Testing Methodologies, Test Strategy, and Test Planning.
• Well acquainted Software Development Life Cycle and STLC.
• Successfully involved in Agile projects & V-model as a test lead by coordinating with stakeholders from different interlock.
• Good expertise in Oracle Applications, Jenkins.
• Extensive work experience in various types of testing like unit, integration, functional, system, user interface, security, smoke, regression, installation, Mobile testing and UAT.
• Extensive experience in implementing QA methodologies, generating LOE, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, requirement traceability matrix, peer reviews, regression scoping and test deliverables

• Coordinate with various teams of project to understand common issues and concerns and come up with recommendations for defining good testing processes
• Expertise in creating the test bed/test suite to perform functional and regression testing across various releases and builds.
• Good interaction with clients, BSAs, developers, managers, and team members to coordinate job tasks.
• Experienced in handling small to medium-scale enterprise software projects as a QA Track Lead.
