Work Terms
Communication: We will maintain regular communication throughout the project via email, phone, or video conferencing to ensure that we stay on the same page.
Payment terms: Payment will be made on a per-project or hourly basis, as agreed upon before the start of the project. Invoices will be submitted upon completion of the project milestones or at regular intervals, as agreed upon.
Project scope: The project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined and agreed upon before the start of the project. Any changes to the scope or timeline must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Intellectual property: Any intellectual property rights, including copyrights and patents, will be owned by the client upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Confidentiality: All confidential information disclosed during the project, including business practices, trade secrets, and proprietary information, will be kept confidential by both parties and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
Quality assurance: We will strive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed the client's expectations. In the event of any issues or defects, we will work to resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and paid for according to the payment terms outlined in the agreement.
