Thanks for opportunity to be here to introduce my self.

My name is Sujan Kisku

I was very clear since from my Engineering days that I would make my career in the field of structure. Bassically, its my passion.

I consider myself very fortunate to get a core technical on-Job Training @ E-construct Design & build Pvt. Ltd. There in I worked individual and with highly experience team.

I worked on residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
I have used Etabs and SAP 2000 for super structure modeling, analysis and design and SAFE for substructure modeling, analysis and design.

I am proficient in structural engineering principles like Static and dynamic analysis. Linear and Non-linear analysis.

I have worked on P-Delta, Auto construction sequence analysis, , Creep and Shrinkage analysis, Soft story & Torsional irregularity checks, performance based design PBD, Finite element analysis, Soil structure interaction etc.

I am good with checking ground bearing pressure, settlement, one way, two way shear check, Punching shear check of foundation system, Ground Improvement techniques, crack width checks etc.

I have read and used structural codes indian and international both like IS 456:2000 (Limite State Design), IS 1893:2016 (Earthquake Design), IS 16700:2017 (High rise building), IS 875 - I,II,III (DL,LL,WL), IS 13920:2016 (Ductile Detailing),
SP-64 & SP-34 (Detailing of member), Selected modules of UBC-97, CEB-FIB 90, AISC 360-16 etc.

Work Terms

I like to work at night as per IST (10 pm - 4 am). And I like to work on saturday and sunday
minimum 12 hours.
