Hours of Operation:
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. However, we understand that projects can require additional time and effort outside of regular business hours. We are happy to accommodate your schedule and work with you to establish a schedule that works best for your project.
Payment Terms:
We accept payment via bank transfer and all major credit cards. Our payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the project. All invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
Communication Style:
We prefer to communicate primarily via email, but we are also available for phone and video calls as needed. We believe clear and timely communication is key to the success of any project, and we strive to keep our clients informed and involved throughout the entire process.
