Sunday Mgbejume is an experience Strategy and Development Management Consultant. He holds a first degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering from the University of Lagos. Over the last 13 years, he has executed projects for global development organisations like the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the French Development Agency (AFD), the British Department for International Development (DFID), and USAID while working with Deloitte West & Central Africa (WACA). He was also the Programme Coordinator of the Medical Credit Fund (MCF) program at Hygeia Foundation Where he developed a number of business plans for hospitals to access capital for growth.
Sunday has managed a number of complex projects both in the private sector and at the National and Sub-national levels of Government supporting clients in investment related areas and capacity building. He recently served as the lead advisor to a Netherland based Infrastructure Fund for a US$1million dollar project financing of a business in Lagos. He recently supported a US$1.36 billion Oil and Gas firm in its strategy diagnostics and re-design. He is currently the Lead Advisor to a State Government on a JV-PPP transaction worth over US$11 million. He is also supporting a team of investors in Nigeria’s Aviation Industry. Until recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer of one of the subsidiaries of an Oil and Gas Servicing firm with operations in Lagos, and South-East Nigeria, with an annual operating budget of over NGN300 million
