Create bronze sculpture and public art to tell your stories and enrich our lives through their narrative and design

I live with my partner in a beautiful natural environment in Northern NSW, Australia. I am developing a studio here to work from and presently sculpting a large sandstone abstract artwork. I am completing a large commission of two bronze sculptures with a water feature. During the commissioning of this work I travelled to Europe to research the story but also to study various sculpture styles from Master Sculptors and view the many galleries. I completed a Master of Contemporary Art (Sculpture) in 2010 where I developed new techniques in using cloth for varied and tactile effects. The influences of travelling and working in Italy speaks through my recent bronze of the slave boy and Edmund. I enjoy recreating a bronze portrait and figure that will be elegant but with movement and charisma to give life to metal and longevity to the narrative. I am presently studying towards a Master of Arts and Cultural Management as I am passionate about public art and art events. I have experience with grant writing, administration, marketing and teaching.
