Job Brief:
We're looking for a Freelancer to help us with our business. We need someone who can do a variety of tasks, from web design to customer service. We're a small business, so we're looking for someone who is flexible and can work independently.
Freelancer Duties:
Provide project execution and management services for various clients and projects
Develop and implement improvement plans based on client feedback and performance metrics
Lead and coach junior staff members and interns
Establish and maintain client relationships
Tackle urgent client issues that require immediate attention
Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors
Experience with cloud-based project management systems
Freelancer Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a portfolio of freelance writing projects, including proposals, research, and finished product
Engage with potential clients through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings
Research clients' businesses, industries, and requirements in order to identify relevant topics, and write content that answers their questions or concerns
Maintain accurate records of completed work
Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to clients
Participate in client meetings, workshops and conferences where and when required
Attend networking events and conferences to advance business
Work Terms
The ability to speak and write fluently in at least two languages is the top skill of a translator. Some languages are in higher demand:
