I have been working in the banking sector for the past eleven years; I have held the position of Teller, Customer Service Representative and Customer Service supervisor. I was the Operations Manager for a solar company for 2 years. I have received extensive training in the delivery of excellent customer service both to external and internal customers.

For me the most challenging part of the job is managing the customer's expectation. Customer Service is an experience, this experience can be good or bad and this outcome will determine the success of your business/organisation. I am experienced in not just meeting the customer's expectation but exceeding it and doing so consistently. Consistency is a very important part of customer service, throughout the year you may have been providing exceptional customer service and at the end for some reason you had an off day; given the various mediums available to express one's dissatisfaction or satisfaction (Facebook, Twitter) this now becomes a global event which can either make or break your business/organisation.

Work Terms

Part time or Full time contracts anytime between the hours of 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST.
