Work Terms

Hours
My hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, Eastern Daylight Time. On weekends, I'm available to clients from 11 to 3 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Of course, if there's any emergency or urgency, other arrangements can be made.
Payment method
I prefer to use Guru's SafePay Escrow service, especially for first-time clients. However, if things work out and you become a repeat client, I'd be open to making other payment arrangements, if that's what you wish.
Availability
Basically, I'm available to the people I work for anytime during business hours. I don't feel it's my place to dictate when and where a client can reach me. However, I would like clients to stay within the set business hours if possible.
Contact methods/Communication
I prefer to be contacted by cell phone and email.
I like to contact clients by email, as needed. It's unobtrusive, yet gives clients a heads up that I'm following their instructions, and everything's going as planned.
Communication both ways is the key. Since this is most likely a telecommuting situation, it's not like you or I can go down the hall to talk to each other. I don't expect you to hold my hand, but I also believe "pride goeth before a fall," so I think it's okay that you or I can ask each other as many questions as we like about any issue, whether it's progress or details of the assignment.
That being said, you treat me fair and I will treat you fair. Good feedback on this site is important to me, I hope it's important to you.
