I have 13+ years' experience in the area of procurement, logistics and estimating in IT, Engineering and Construction industries. Currently I'm jobless and hence seeking freelancing opportunities. I'm proficient in using software for designing and estimating as well as Microsoft Office tools for analysis and documentation. Application of Vaastu principles diligently to developing floor plans is my unique selling proposition. My other noteworthy attributes include accuracy, an eye for detail and researching skills. Work Terms
I can dedicate up to 5 hours a day depending on the project attributes. I prefer email communication to start with and telephonic discussion as it goes on. My preferred payment term is 50% advance following a free sample service.
