I am a Brazilian Customer Support expert with years of experience on data entry and customer support. I'm available for immediate start on your project, even with exclusive dedication, if needed.
My skills:
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, fully updated regarding recent orthographic changes at the language.
- Fluent English, studied English for 7 years, rated 1st worldwide at Upwork's English to Portuguese translation test.
- Eight years of experience as a Finance Teacher.
- Five years of experience with Customer Support, with experience on administrative support on an health department office at a local government agency.
- Basic Spanish and Italian. I can have basic conversations in these languages and I also have intermediate reading/writing skills.
- Basic Python, C, Wordpress, php and css. Although I'm not a programmer or full-stack developer, I'm skilled enough to understand most code written on said languages. I'm also skilled in computer use from a user perspective, both on Windows and Linux systems. Documents, spreadsheets, presentations: both at MS Office and OpenOffice.
