I am an experienced, highly-recommended “full-stack” software engineer with a track record of developing rich client-side experiences backed by scalable back-end infrastructures. I am driven, goal-oriented, and thrive in team-based, collaborative environments that seek to create new and innovative user experiences.
I maintain several popular open-source projects on GitHub, one of which (whenLive) has been featured by GitHub's staff. I have also been referenced multiple times in on-line publications such as JavaScript Weekly and Node Weekly.
A few of my most notable accomplishments include:
- The creation of a web crawler running at a massive scale (currently indexing 100,000+ pages / hour) for the purpose of detecting various errors (404's, etc...) for site owners.
- The creation of a novel approach for implementing a paginated, web-based word processor (think Google Docs).
Work Terms
Working hours are flexible, but tend to skew towards CST (Central Standard Time), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Can communicate via phone, Skype, email, etc...
