I am a dual qualified lawyer in both the UK and South Africa with 18 years of post qualification experience. I am based in Seoul, South Korea and this year marks my 10th year in Korea.
I am a member of the Korea Bar Association (international committee) and senior foreign legal contributor to the Korean LawTimes. In addition, I have been appointed by the Korean Ministry of Justice to advise Korean SMEs on international transactions.
My other love is Africa, where I have my roots in South Africa, and serve as the chairman of the South African Chamber of Commerce in Korea. Through the Chamber's ambit, I thus lead and oversee the activities of the chamber, promoting bilateral trade and cooperation between South Africa and South Korea.
I enjoy interacting and meeting new clients so am always excited to learn about new businesses and operations and how I may be able to assist and advise to ensure comprehensive legal solutions to complex challenges and sectors.
