Skilled writer, editor and storyteller
Over the last 13 years, I have built my career as a writer, editor and leader at media companies around one basic task: Effectively telling stories. That skill has been put into practice in various forms - through interviewing sources and researching facts for stories I was writing, combing through the written words of my employees to help them be better at doing the same, and leading an entire department in the creative direction of the stories we were planning to cover. My specialty is conveying what can sometimes be complicated topics into messages the masses can understand in a way that is both informative and fun to read. This allows me tell the "story" of an interesting resident of a town, break down complicated laws into layman's terms or help others do the same. I am experienced and proficient in AP Style, and can write and edit for all forms of media - be it in print, a newsletter or a blog - and can take on any topic in any field.
Work Terms
I am available to work more than 30 hours per week, any day of the week.
