Our vision with Tri plus Tri is to create a trip and a journey to experience and reflect all the aspects of architecture by interacting with our clients and responding to all of their needs.
We are a team that is based in San Francisco, CA, and Albuquerque, NM.
We have always been fascinated with all of the knowledge that architecture has held through the past, and what architecture would offer us in the future.
We believe that architecture is beyond just a drawing or three-dimensional modeling; it is our way to communicate through methodologies, shapes, and formations with the world.
We have worked on a wide array of project types from Residential, mixed-use to commercial projects.
Our methodology is to communicate directly with the client to get the all necessary data ta build precisely and accurately the requested proposal.
We are a fast-paced team that had delivered on time all the requested data.

Work Terms
We deliver in a timely manner all the requested data under these clear steps:
+ We receive a job.
+We analyze it based on the size of the projects and the amount of data that's needed.
+ The client has to deposit 1/3 a payment at performing 25% of the job.
+ The client has to deposit 1/2 of the total cost at delivering 50% of the total task
+ The client has to deposit 3/4 of the total cost at delivering 80% of the total task.
+The client has to deposit the remaining balance when the project is 100 % done and completed.

The client has the right to modify "once" any part of the project at the first 25% of the project's progress.

At Tri plus Tri, we believe that the client and the studio have an equal right in guaranteeing that the payment will go through depends on the amount of the job that needs to be delivered and completed.
