? Manage end-to-end recruitment, right from screening profiles according to the job descriptions and requirements
? Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
? Coordination and following up with the candidates till on-boarding
? To successfully collate, store and maintain information on employees in both physical and digital formats through a clear and concise reference system
? To prepare important employee documentation including offers of employment and employment contracts
? To manage the day-to-day operation of the employee relations function including employee vacations and employee absences
? To liaise with finance and provide the essential information to ensure that payroll is carried out in adherence with the implemented policies and revised remunerations
