I have approximately 15 years of experience in Human Resources. During this time, I have worked as a Generalist providing support in all areas of Human Resources and culminating in my current position specializing in Employee Relations.
I know what companies look for when recruiting applicants and I know what applicants should look for before committing to work for companies. Don't short-change yourselves, you know your worth better than anyone else does. Work hard, but also work smart. My services extend to small businesses providing detailed and customized consultative partnership including recruiting, selection, policy development and implementation, employee relations and any other issues in the employer/employee relationships.
Work Terms
