About

I'm here for all the write reasons.

My name is Tyanna and I have been a freelance writer for around ten years now, though I have only been doing it professionally for three of those ten years. When my son was born in 2019, I found myself on my own with a brand new baby and no idea what to do; I was homeless, unemployed, and 800 miles away from all of my family. With no clear cut solution, I decided to utilize my god-given skills and start writing professionally. This is how I started my business The Cognitive Crow. It quickly grew to encompass many different types of writing services including proofreading and editing, research assistance, and even bookkeeping and transcription. The business did very well up until the Covid-19 pandemic which rapidly and thoroughly destroyed my clientele base. This forced me to end my business. However, writing is something that I have been passionate about for as far back as my memory stretches, and I thankfully was blessed with the skill-set to back up this passion, so I feel that it is time to once again offer my services to any and all that might need it. I am still a single mother, doing everything I can to give my son the life he deserves. My services are a multifaceted, they assist me in providing for my child and in doing what I love, and they assist YOU in ensuring that your business/company/academic career continues to run smoothly and effectively. Work Terms

HOURS OF OPERATION: On a general basis I will work any day of the week excluding Saturdays, any time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., for up to 10 hours a day.
*Note: these hours of operation can vary and/or be modified to fit a clients needs.*

RATE OF PAY: My hourly rate can vary depending upon factors including but not limited to the duration of the job, parameters of the job, overall difficulty of the job, ect. However, base rates are as follows:
- Writing Services = $50/hr with a minimum of $50/job
- Data Entry Services = $25/hr with a minimum of $50/job
- Transcription Services = $25/hr with a minimum of $100/job
- Presentation and/or From Creation = $20/hr with a minimum of $30
