I, Umer Hameed Qureshi, have done M.S in Business administration with a thesis on Leadership. As an academician, I have a published article on “The Impact of Ethical Leadership on employees’ performance: Moderating role of organizational values”. I have worked for Pepsi Co. as Sales Officer for a year and worked at the Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan as Credit Officer for almost 8 years. For last more than three years I have been in IT industry as a Project Manager first in Invision Sourcing for a year and a half, and now in HUT technologies for more than a year. This vast and versatile experience of almost a decade allows me to understand, adapt, and implement recommended and required changes in any given project and myself according to the need and situation. For my exceptional management skills in Project scheduling, scope, portfolio, risk, change, resource, and methodologies, I consider myself a good fit for the job.
