Work Terms

Customer will procure all Software licenses and Hardware equipment for development of the proposed solution that may be required over and above the standard hardware and software provided by Uniche Solutions Group (USG). All taxes, levies and duties in relation with the license fee shall be borne by the Customer.

Cost does not include any incidental or living expenses including, these expenses will be billed to the Customer.

Customer will appoint, before commencement of the project, an authorized representative who will be the prime point of contact. The representative must be entirely familiar with the required application/product?

The Customer will not employ any Uniche Solutions Group (USG) consultant engaged in the project for a period of at least one-year after the date of expiry of the contract?

Any submitted proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of submission?

The technical and commercial estimates submitted in the proposal are solely based on the technical requirement provided in the Scope document by The Customer. Uniche Solutions Group (USG) (or Company) may modify technical and commercial estimates if the requirement provided by the Customer is revised by the Customer.?

Confidentiality: All information shared under this Proposal is confidential and proprietary in nature. No title or right is transferred in the information by disclosure from Uniche Solutions Group (USG).

Warranty Disclaimer: Any warranty stated in the proposal shall be in lieu of any warranties of any kind, implied, statutory, or in any communication between the parties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, and fitness for a particular purpose.?

Limitation of liability: The total liability of Uniche Solutions Group (USG) shall be limited to any fee paid or received from the Customer.

Payment assumptions:- All payments must be made within 30 days from the date of Invoice.
