I am a Chat bot builder with around 1.5 years of experience.
I have built Chat bots for Mobile and Web as well. Through the use of "Microsoft cognitive services" I have worked on projects and developed bots that are more intelligent and interactive.
Recently I developed a Chat bot for a Jewellery company. The bot helps customers get information and book Jewellery and it also initiated live chat with an agent if the customer felt the need to connect with the company's representatives.
I have also developed a travel bot where customer can book tickets, plan trips, book rooms through chats. Here consumed APIs of "GoIbibo.com" to make bookings and reservation.
Currently I am working on audio interaction with bots.
I am currently a part-time freelancer and looking to work on short term projects with minimal requirements and deadline.
For any projects I undertake, I will give the best of quality and deliver within deadline as long as the requirements are consistent.
