Logically the founding of the company dates to 1999. When a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a IT flair went into founding a entity while being caught in the grim recession during 1999. It was then called "Versoft Interactive" with a vision to innovate creativity. The firm started its services into simple website and mini product development. Right after two years of operation, the founder decided to taste some experience in an IT industry to enable offerings in other niche areas of software development and architecture.

In 2010 after 10+ experience in hardcore IT industry and having worked on multiple technologies and platforms, we relaunched "Versoft Technologies" to signify our vast and niche services and offerings. Today we stand out to be a innovators of business solutions which provides robust architecture of fuel some of the hardest business scenarios and applying IT to make the business work.

Currently the company is run by two individuals and a virtual team of 5 strong.
