With 5 years experience in providing legal research, writing and analysis on various legal issues facing businesses and consumers, including compliance with state laws governing business and industry.
My particular focus is in family law, contract law, commercial law, probate and administration. I use my knowledge and experience to conduct legal research and write reports, analyze various legal documents, draft complaints, letters, and other documents to various state agencies and other enforcement bodies.
I research and summarize state case law, legislation and regulations on diverse legal issues, with emphasis on business, consumer, labor and employment, litigation, personal injury, and other legal fields.
I have worked for private companies, law firms, and various local advocacy organizations. I write, edit. proofread and review legal memos, educational material, promotional material, blogs, articles, and other published material in both hard copy and internet formats. I write various litigation and agency documents,(complaints, motions, and other documents), I have worked in public, private, and non-profit sectors. I can assist with almost any legal issue, from contract drafting to litigation support. Am also able to use different legal softwares i.e legal case management software, time and billing software, legal search engines and ms suite.
I have experience in international law, contract law, probate and administration, family law, civil and criminal law. I have good time management skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, communication skills and a quick learner.
