I'd like to provide insight into my background and the principles that motivate me both in my personal and professional life. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to my work, often going the extra mile, which includes working weekends and pushing my limits to excel in every facet of my professional journey.

My journey began in the Middle East, where I was born and raised. I completed my high school education there and pursued my bachelor's degree at the University of Punjab. Subsequently, I earned a Master's in Business Economics from California State University Northridge.

My professional career commenced in the healthcare sector, specifically in medical insurance, with some of the most renowned multinational companies. I then transitioned into Logistics and E-Commerce within the Asian and Middle Eastern regions. There, I started in customer service and progressed through various phases, eventually attaining a senior supervisory role.

Following this, I joined a prominent real estate company in New York, USA, as an Assistant Manager in Customer Service, responsible for maintaining their customer service and experience standards. Later, I merged my two passions, customer service, and the healthcare sector, by taking a position in Healthcare Customer Service. In this role, I succeeded in maintaining a high level of skill and excelling in written and verbal communication.

I am committed to continuous improvement and growth, regularly engaging in webinars and courses to expand my knowledge and expertise. I am continually learning and fine-tuning my skills. I take great pride in where I am today and the overall achievements I have accomplished.
