Hi my experience in E-commerce industry is strong and well molded. I gain a lot of experience in selling good items online. I was also good in fulfilling orders. I can say that as of this moment I completed different projects with full of satisfaction. My skills in listing product Online in Amazon, Ebay and other web-store help me to achieve this success. Communicate with our supplier every time we sold an item. Process Payments going to our supplier and received payments from our customer. Making sure that Paypal transaction is successfully processed. I am good in handling customer concerns and resolving issues like for example items that customer didn't expect to received. Sometime customer received defective items but I was able to cope up with those scenarios. Contacting customer about the status of the shipment. Let the customer know about the tracking numbers and Estimated date of delivery. I am good in responding emails to our Customers, Prospect Customers and Suppliers. Responsible to compare price from other listing products and do product research. I also known how to do price matching and ASIN matching. I am responsible as well in gaining good profit. I am very adventurous person, friendly and easy to deal with. I don't give up easily.
Work Terms
I can work full-time and the schedule of time for me doesn't matter since I am available. I am looking for a stable and good company. I am willing to undergo probationary period until such time my talents and skills will be able to show up in the company.
