  Although we have just begun the process, I have found Melodi and Tom to be more than I could have expected. They provided a free book which was a great help in understanding the process of selecting a website developer. They have responded immediately to any inquiries, and have given me a gentle push when needed to assist with the completion of the work in a timely manner. They have been extremely patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which is so helpful for a novice. Although we are still in the early stages of creativity and technical skill, I have no doubt that these abilities will rate equally high with the level of service received to date.
