Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
• Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
• We may accommodate weekend or after-hours appointments upon request and subject to availability.
Payment Terms:
• A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upon signing the contract to initiate the design process.
• The remaining balance will be invoiced according to project milestones or upon completion, as outlined in the contract.
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer.
Preferred Communication Style:
• We value clear and transparent communication throughout the design process.
• We prefer communication via scheduled phone/video calls for updates, questions, and feedback through guru.
• Urgent matters may be addressed via phone for immediate attention.
• We aim to respond to all inquiries and communications within 24-48 hours during business hours.
Project Timeline:
• A detailed project timeline will be provided upon signing the contract, outlining key milestones and deadlines.
• Any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly and agreed upon by both parties.
Design Revisions:
• We offer 3 rounds of design revisions as part of our standard package.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur additional fees, subject to negotiation.
Confidentiality:
• We respect the confidentiality of our clients and their projects.
• Any sensitive information shared during the course of the project will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of the project.
Contractual Agreement:
• A detailed contract outlining the scope of work, payment terms, project timeline, and other relevant details will be provided prior to commencement of the project.
• Both parties are required to sign the contract to formalize the agreement and ensure mutual understanding and compliance.
Cancellation Policy:
• In the event of project cancellation by the client, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
