I am an experienced Business and Technology Consultant with 9 years of experience in Tech Industry. I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Computer Science. I started my career as a Software Developer before I quickly realized that I want a career that is more client facing.

I made the switch to become Business Analyst, obtained my PMP, moved to Technical PM role before I got introduced into Salesforce.com Consulting world in 2013. I have to say I fell in love with Salesforce.com and Consulting ever since then! I am a certified Salesforce.com Administrator, Certified Salesforce.com Platform App Builder, and Certified Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant

I love making an impact on businesses by improving business process using technology. I believe in processes before technology. I always start by understanding constantly evolving business needs then develop process and solution to meet these needs before implementing the technology.
