Work Terms
AVAILABILITY - We are always flexible with our clients work timings to help with their business needs fast. We work 40-50 hours in a week at minimal price $15 per hour.
24X7 Model: Daily/Weekly reports and communication via Skype, Email, Whatsapp and Guru Work Room.
PAYMENT METHOD - We accept Payment Guru Invoice, Wire transfer & PayPal. If more features will be added while the project is on development phase, the cost will be revised based on the time frame
1. For Hourly Jobs:
- 8 Hours in a Day (Monday to Friday).
- Daily/weekly reports and send the invoices for the men hours invested to complete that task.
2. For Fixed Price Jobs:
1. Guru Safe Pay Request.
2. Advance 20% and create a milestones for each task in project development & share complete detail with the client.
TURNAROUND/COMMUNICATION: We work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Without prior information, if there is no communication for more than 5 days from the client, the project will be on hold and the time frame will be revised after the client's response.
SUPPORT/GUARANTEE - We fix our bugs free of charge within the first 2 weeks after completion. We also provide support and maintenance based on fixed cost or hourly price.
