Writing & Translation | Customer support

I am graduated in Spanish language, culture and literature and I am proficient in English and Serbian as well.

So far, I have obtained professional experience in translation, writing, teaching language and customer support service.

Beside my formal education and corporate carrier, I am interested in topics such as human rights, education, charity work and interculturality. Also, I do possess non-formal experience related to these topics, consequently, when it comes to writing, I am quite familiar with it.

When working, I am persistent, committed, responsible and detail-oriented.
