Fully bespoke client training, specialising in SaaS based platforms (8+ years experience)

- Capable of creating the necessary training decks and follow-up material for SaaS based training sessions

- Expert experience in hosting and running virtual training sessions, from 1to1 to larger workshops, with clear mission objectives and client needs 

- Professional manner and experience resolving and successfully answering any questions that may arise, whilst mantaining the ability to scope potential upsells and upgrades and feeding back to the relevant salesperson

- Success in driving engagement in such sessions, ensuring that all users in the sessions are engaged and leave the session having learnt numerous new skills

- Experience in training across numerous verticals; FMCG (Danone, Bel), Fashion (Burberry, Chanel), Automotive (Toyota), Pharma (CSL, GSK, AstraZeneca)
