From member recruitment and retention initiatives and persuasive advocacy messages, to sales lead generation campaigns and event promotions that get butts in seats, she is driven by the challenge of creating attention-grabbing communications tools that inspire, inform, entertain, motivate and provoke action. Paula is a wordsmith and storyteller with exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling content, she is adept at building rapport with clients, employees, members, vendors, industry partners and interview subjects. Kristine is a business operations and process improvement expert. She has a Master of Arts in Public Administration degree (MPA). She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, and has 20+ years of progressive management experience and varied professional experiences in the public, private and non-profit sectors, which provides her with a unique perspective about organizational management; organizational design and development' organizational process, procedure and policy improvement, development and implementation; human resources; strategic planning; change management. She also has experience in public policy and government.
