We work whenever we need to in order to support your needs, but we think best in the morning and we are on Eastern Standard time. We prefer to communicate via email. Our payment terms for large projects exceeding $500 is as follows: 30% deposit before beginning your project and the remainder is due within 30 days of completion. For project less than $500, payment is due within 30 days of completion.
