I have worked on major projects like Medical billing and transcription as a Client Relationship Manager , providing Technical Support and back office support to doctors in USA. Currently working with Metropolitan solutions ( a delivery Company in USA) as a Key Account Analyst , handling email support for the client entertaining queries , addressing requests to various warehouses making cost effective plans to reduce risk factors . Making reports is the primary task i am currently handling Data Import , Call center Reports i.e. Over 3 calls report , Exception reports for the orders , Account manager reviews , Addressing invoicing issue and advising on bills. Proficient in Microsoft office suite .
