Vision us to Serve .

I started my journey as a support services member in 2009 and till date I have been whole heartedly playing my role in the industry. My vision since day one was to contribute in the society by helping others around by taking their neural load, the analytical skills that I have gained throughout this time frame has groomed me and helped me to realize and understand the pressure that people go through when they reach out to us for help One thing that I can surely be proud of is that I have always left a positive impact on people and I can proudly say that I have succeeded 100% in doing that. People find hobbies to do i found mine in Support services industry . In last 10 years it never struck me that i am going on work . It was more kind of a road trip difference was i was on the phone but rest seems the same.
My journey Started form Pakistan Telecommunication as a CSR i worked there for 2 years and i got an opportunity to work with Converges ( call center ) I joined as a CSR and resigned as a Manager Operations ( Support Services) . I have also worked with British Council as an invigilator as i wanted to experience public dealing . Later on in joined MTBC where i worked for 2 straight years as a Client relationship manager for the Doctors in USA I used to give training's to the Board of directors the DOCTORS for MTBC web portal and software thus explaining its usage as per the need of the practice.
I have done a remote based Job as well for IMARK consultants as a troubleshooter and support services manager the job was challenging and required a lot of research work i really enjoyed at the start but to be very honest the experience was not good as the pay check never came on time i worked for 6 months i.e.3 Months without pay checks which eventually came in whey i was about to join Metropolitan ware house an american delivery company . I am currently working as a key account analyst ,
