Do you remember all those crazy marks your teachers left on your essays in school? I'll go through and find all of those kinds of mistakes and fix them. - I’ll re-check anything you change in response to my suggestions. If I recommended changes that require your input, I’ll look over each of them, provided you’ve tracked your changes. Included up to one hour. Here’s what I won’t do. - I don’t give legal advice. While I will certainly flag any copyright issues that I see, I'm not a lawyer by any means. Therefore, any potential infringement issues are your responsibility and our contract will read as such. - I won’t outline or reorganize your manuscript. While I’ll point out any issues or inconsistencies I see while working, I'm not reading specifically for story structure, character development, flow, pacing, etc. If you need this level of editing, I do offer it as a separate service. - I won't proofread your final manuscript. While I will recheck any changes you have made based on the suggestions I've made (and tracked your changes), I will not read the manuscript again in its entirety.
