I handled different account focused on customer experience. I value my clients time by providing them real time resolution to their concern. By doing that I have and excellent probing skills that will help me to resolve their issue regarding on the products. I do troubleshoot as well to save their time in transferring from another department. I make sure that theres no under lying issues by checking their previous experiences. Every conversation or transaction I make them feel that Im not a robot by talking to them as a friend or a family member who feels what they feel. By doing that you will earn their trust and make them comfortable. By the end of the transaction I make sure that they are happy and satisfied on how I assisted them during the transaction.
