About

Hi my name is Sunshine 36 yrs old. I’ve been in a BPO industry since 2007. I’ve handled different accounts internationally.

I started working right after I graduated from college 2007. I finished my course in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
My first Job was with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) as Hotel Operations support coordinator for 6 years. That was a back office job we process reports for our hotels on a weekly basis. We support 3 Area Managers a day with 70-80 hotels each portfolio. We also support Quality managers. I really love that job.
Next was with Convergys Philippines as Customer sales and Service Representative. That was for 13months it was a UK Telco account which is Tmobile (consumer) this is where I started learning about metrics part of this was customer service experience very different from my first Job where i don’t take phone calls so this was new to me. It was hard at first but since my passion is helping people I embraced it and accepted the challenge. I learned a lot from my first 2 jobs.
Then I tried working for a US bank (Suntrust) we take phone calls as well so I used what I’ve learned from my previous Jobs. This one is very different from Hotel industry to Telco then I jumped to finance. The training is different but ensuring the clients and happy and satisfied is what I love the most.
After a year I decided to work for a US payroll company for small businesses and that was with ADP Philippines. I enjoyed working as payroll analyst for 2 years. Where I have to be careful when it comes to details because we are processing an employees income every single cents is important. Good thing I am very specific and detailed person. I make sure before I submit the payroll we have the same total of hours with my client on the phone and of course with a smile on their faces.
Then after 2 yrs I applied to the same Telco account which is Tmobile US but this time its for business and the only site outside US and thats for 2 yrs

Work Terms

Hourly Rate $25 I would prefer to communicate via email/ whatsapp or Viber.
