Customer Service Representative

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the well-known companies for almost 2 years, and during those times I was able to build rapport with the clients and my colleagues as well, and I improved in dealing with irate customers and was able to learn different phone manners. I look forward to giving my new ideas to help the company grow and surpass the goals and objectives I have. Duties I have with my previous company include taking inbound calls and doing an outbound if necessary. There is no specific number or quota but we have to take ownership of every call or case we received. I experienced taking chats 3 at a time and it enhanced my multi-tasking skills. There are times that we have to assist customers on how to troubleshoot to make the app or phone work. Receiving concerns through 3 different customers such as the store, the driver and the customer itself includes in our job which has different concerns and different knowledge-based to follow. My experience at my previous company has helped me improve my leadership skills, build my organization skills, and have provided me comprehensive awareness on how to deal with different types of customers or potential clients.
