Over the coarse of my 30 years in manufacturing I have been afforded the opportunity to design products ranging pneumatic conveying equipment, commercial lawn equipment, insulation blowers and alpine ski boots. I have the skills to take a concept from the feasibility phase all the way through production and anywhere in-between. I have worked with many different types of plastics, elastomers, metals and non-ferrous materials and have a good understanding of specifying electro/mechanical components as well as sourcing. Though most of my experience is working with small to medium sized manufacturing companies I have worked or designed custom equipment for Johns Manville, Owens Corning ConocoPhillips and others. My style and creativity of management allows for innovation and teamwork, management of complex projects, focus on objectives with a problem-solving attitude. I am a hands-on person who likes to be involved with all aspects of design and production to ensure the business objectives are met while at the same time developing products that stand the test of time. I am able to travel internationally as required supporting the development of global business objectives and working / communicating with internal and external customers located globally.
