I am an energetic and motivated individual who is incredibly passionate about Human Resources. I have four years of international experience in all areas of HR with my true strengths focusing on employee on-boarding, engagement, rewards and recognition, and developing and administering trainings. In all of my previous positions I was able to identify the pain points within these areas leading me to develop and implement initiatives moving forward. I am genuinely dedicated to improving the areas of human resources in any particular company in an effort to improve the employees overall experience leading to increased employee loyalty.
