I have four years of international experience working in all areas of Human Resources with my true strengths focusing on change management such as: employee on-boarding, engagement, rewards and recognition, and developing and administering trainings. In all of my previous positions, I was able to identify the pain points within these areas leading me to develop and implement successful initiatives moving forward.
