I always excelled in this department because I work so well with the customer. I always remain patient and empathetic with individuals less experienced with computers than myself. I always see any project through to the end, but how I have always done well and been highly regarded was in helping the customer understand where the problem occurred and possible steps to prevent this issue in the future. I listen well and communicate openly and honestly. I am also friendly and easy going and people generally feel comfortable talking to me.
