He has written several books on database, data integration, and high availability and is a frequent speaker at major conferences around the globe. Mr. Bertucci's formal education is in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley. He recently was the Chief Data Architect for software giant Symantec (for 4 years) and Chief Architect and Director of Shared Services for Autodesk (for 6 years) leading the charge in their strategic systems, data, integration, and technology directions. He has also created and architected numerous complex commercially available software products in the database, data analytics, performance and tuning, strategic planning and data integration server technology areas.
